About Us
RENOVA Coaching and Consulting LLC was started in 2008 by Dr. Tom Cocklereece. The name "renova" is derived from a French word meaning renewal or to renovate. Through the coaching relationship we help clients achieve a new level of effectiveness through transformational development. Our waterdrop logo illustrates this transformational renewal process that begins in the center with you, the coachee, and moves out in concentric circles to change your life and the lives of others.
